For The Baby...

I guess you could say this post is a product of guilt. After scrolling through past postings, it's obvious that Emily has been short-changed in appearances on our family blog. Sad, but somewhat fitting, considering her personality is all about avoiding the limelight. (Come to think of it, Eric has yet to make any appearance at all. For some reason I don't feel quite as bad about that.) Hee hee. His time will come. Despite Emily's refusals to be photographed, we've managed to steal a couple of good shots of her. This one's for Emmy... we love her to pieces!

Often found hiding in the dryer

Excels at relaxing and watching the tube

LOVES her sis

Pulls occasional attitude

Pulls frequent meltdowns

Grows too fast

Gets oodles of hugs

Gets thrown around by her uncles (Uncle Dave here)

An outdoors girl

Pretty darn cute

I think we'll keep her. Some days it's debatable, but I really think we'll keep her.

  1. So cute. I laughed when I read your comment. I love that Katelyn used to say that to Mike. What cute girls. If you change your mind we will take Emy.

  2. holy cow. I can't believe how big she's getting-and sooo cute. You can ship her to florida for a couple days next time she acts up. jonas could use an older pal to show him to ropes.

  3. I love the mad Emily picture. Best face ever. And by the way, I'm turning you in for putting your child in the dryer.

  6. (No account, but had to comment. Does "anonymous" sound creepy to you, or is it just me?) I love the dryer picture; so funny. I'm curious, though, who opened the door and gave her a boost? Hmmm...Katelyn? Aiden definitely couldn't have managed that on his own.

  7. Hey! ('anonymous' is a little mysterious, but at least I know it's you:) Emily managed it on her own, and then Katelyn tried to copy her. That's kind of the pattern around here.

  8. So now Katelyn is emulating Emily; the tables have turned.
