Last weekend all the Brown girls (with cousins and aunts), had a spring get together luncheon at my parents' house. Katelyn was bugged that her cousin got cookie crumbs on the trampoline, so she rounded up a broom to sweep it off. Because don't we all understand the vitality of a clean trampoline to bounce our dirty feet on? My cousin Kelly supplied us with goodies to make our own necklaces. My mom had the house decked out with all things spring, and whipped up a delicious spread. And my sweet Grams of course had games and prizes. Spring hats were required for admittance. Not everyone was able to make it- we're such a big clan, it's hard to get everyone together. But a good time was had by all who were there! (Wish I'd gotten a picture of the whole group! Dang it.)

Really, a girl can't be expected to jump on a crumb covered trampoline. She is so funny. Oh, those girls look so much like you! The Browns are a darling bunch. Looks like a fun party, what a cute idea!

ReplyDeleteShe can come and sweep our trampoline any time! The flower headbands look so cute on the little granddaughters. No way Milly would keep one of those on! Where did you get that green jumper you're wearing? I love it.
ReplyDeleteI want to be in your family. You all look great in your hats. Please warn Katelyn that there are leaves on my tramp and the net will make sweeping a little more difficult. I'll have the broom handy--just in case.
